Ripoffreport.com: Ebay member Gbayemporium posted
Sexual abuse and sexually degrading comments on the ebay blog
community for the whole community to see. He is an x-ebay
employee with over 13,000 feedback and over 4,000 current
listings. He has been allowed to continue his behavior although
many complaints and reports have been filed yet mysteriously
disappeared. He has commented that he has 'inside contacts' and
that any reports against him will be intercepted and disposed of.
I have screen shots and copies of some of the most despicable
comments you can imagine. I have filed 4 complaints with ebay and
they have all been returned to my email as 'undeliverable' or
'cannot connect to their mail server'. Many other members have
also reported him to no avail. I filed a police report. This man
actually altered a post to make it appear that I called myself a
wh*ore asking for $5 for bj or $25 for *ss. Some of the other
comments are just as bad and/or worse. Another comment was 'I'm
guessing you give up the *ss as well'. There's still more. Ebay
allows him to continue sexually degrading women on the community
blog for the whole community to see. Ebay has taken no action
against him. He is also a powerseller. Most comments he has
deleted since that is his style, hit and run, but you can still
access the CACHE of many pages. This seller is despicable and
ebay needs to address this situation. There are many other

This is a laughable matter to gbayemporium. He thinks it is
hilarious that he is not being punished by ebay for his actions.
He is allowed to break ebay rules and policies and goes
unpunished. This seller has accessed member accounts and
altered/removed information. I can prove that he is an Internet
Hacker.gbayemporiumsucks.com/msg source vid is all the proof I
need. I do not intend to stop until gbayemporium is punished for
his actions and I want to be sure and let everyone know who he is
and how despicable he can be.
I have closed my almost 8 years long Ebay
account, my paypal account also 8 years
and everything
associated with Ebay including eEbay Partner Network because of
this.
I am disgusted with Gbayemporium and Ebay. Ebay has
taken no action, ABSOLUTELY NONE, against this seller
Gbayemporium. I have many more screenshots that I intend to post
soon, so if you have a comment to add please send it to me. There
are many other victims. I have watched over the last few months
as victim after victim has left Ebay and/or stopped all
association on the Ebay Community Blog because of this man. I am
drawing the line. I WILL NOT TOLERATE HIM, nor will I allow him
to get away with this! I am a person! I have rights! It's time to
put this man where he belongs. Back underneath the pile of crap
from whence he came.
Yes Gbay...I AM A PERSON and I DO HAVE RIGHTS.
So go ahead...post whatever you want...It doesn't
bother me. You can't intimidate me or anyone else again. So,
don't flatter youself. You don't really think I found all this on
my own, do you? LOL.
UPDATE:April 2009 GBAYEMPORIUM
was temporarily suspended from EBAY, April 2009. His blog was
removed entirely, all of his nearly 5000 listings were removed.
It is my understanding that an agreement was reached between
himself and EBAY that he could be allowed to relist again under
the condition that he agree to never utilize the EBAY Community
Blog again. He still persistently breaks the rules. On another
note...I am GLAD that the Burnaby, B.C. Office will be closing.
