I do not feel like I need to explain to anyone the specifics of this ridiculous situation.

I do feel that since he posted lies about me on ripoffreport.com and on the ebay blog then I have the right to show exactly what did happen.

The time and date is available from all transactions.

1. Gbayemporium purchased the above item from me with intent to leave negative feedback. I purchased the item below after I realized what his intentions were. The only place in Canada that I ship to is Ontario. I went back to see the report he filed at ripoffreport.com. I was wrong, it does not state that I didn't pay for an item. It states that I refused to ship to him. Which in a sense is right, there are places in Canada that I do not ship to and British Columbia is one of them. If he would have asked before purchase then he would have known this. This isn't the first person I have refunded because of their location. I don't see them crying about it though.

2. Calling me names and posting lies about me in his ebay blog because of this website isn't going to change anything. No one believes anything he says because they know the truth. Not just about this incident, but the whole truth about gbayemporium. He should try and stay away from those windows, that 'glass house' he lives in... is shattering.

The reason why he felt he needed to do this is because I told him to 'shut up and stay out of my blog' when he posted a nasty comment about me in my blog. This particular post was deleted. He then purchased this vase, and then posted harassing and sexually degrading comments about me in his blog and mine for the whole ebay community to see. You can see these comments on this site. Http://gbayemporiumsucks.com/wow.html. He posts horrible comments about many, many people and then expects them to keep quiet about it. He sends ugly and threatening messages to their personal email instead of using the ebay message system.
